These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AiOne platforms and services including AssetSmart, FlowSmart, InventorySmart, InvoiceSmart, JobSmart, MapSmart, ModelSmart, and PlanSmart ("Services") operated by Omnia Smart Technologies Limited and AIOne Global Limited (collectively "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Requirements

- Organisational accounts require appropriate authorisation
3.2 Access Control
- Access is granted based on organisational membership and permissions
- We reserve the right to verify organisational affiliations

- You may terminate your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination
4. Acceptable Use Policy

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

- Share login credentials or allow unauthorised access
- Use automated scripts or bots without permission
4.3 Data Usage Restrictions
- Do not input false, misleading, or harmful data
- Respect data privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Do not attempt to access other organisations' data
- Follow your organisation's data governance policies
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Company Intellectual Property
- Services, software, algorithms, and documentation are owned by AiOne
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Services
- No transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights
5.2 User Content
- You retain ownership of data you input into Services
- You grant us licence to process your data to provide Services
- You represent that you have rights to all data you provide
- We may use aggregated, anonymised data for service improvement
5.3 Feedback and Suggestions
- Feedback provided to us may be used without obligation or compensation
- We may incorporate suggestions into Services without attribution

8. Fees and Payment

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for business interruption, lost profits, or data loss
9.3 Exceptions
- Limitations do not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Limitations do not apply to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiOne from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:
