- What is AiOne?
- AiOne is a suite of operations products from Omnia covering route optimisation, field service management, territory mapping, asset tracking, workflow automation, invoicing, sales, recruitment, training, and inventory. All products share a single sign-on at auth.aione.uk.
- Who builds AiOne?
- AiOne is built and operated by Omnia Smart Technologies. The platform serves fleet operators, field service businesses, local authorities, and enterprise teams who need to coordinate work across people, vehicles, and assets.
- Can I use just one product, or do I need them all?
- Each AiOne product is licensed and used independently. Most customers start with one or two and adopt more as their operations grow — there is no requirement to take the full suite.
- What is the difference between PlanSmart and ModelSmart?
- PlanSmart is route optimisation — it plans the order and timing of stops to minimise time, fuel, and missed deliveries. ModelSmart is field service resource management — it schedules, dispatches, and tracks the people doing the work. They are often used together.
- Is there a mobile app?
- Yes. The AiOne field app is available on iOS and Android. It connects to MapSmart, ModelSmart, and PlanSmart for drivers, engineers, and field staff to receive jobs, capture proof of delivery, and update progress in real time.
- Does AiOne integrate with my existing tools?
- Yes. InvoiceSmart integrates with Xero (Sage support is on the roadmap). AssetSmart integrates with ServiceNow. Most products expose APIs and webhooks for custom integration with ERPs, ATS systems, and operational dashboards.
